Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate has experience from a similar position within the Dry Cargo or Project sector and is a team player who displays integrity and takes ownership with a professional commercial approach to operating.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations at the company’s office in Copenhagen. Daily tasks include ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services, liaising with vendors, Agents, Captains, Charterers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The candidate has experience with laytime calculations and c/p terms. You will oversee legal disputes and claims in cooperation with our legal department and our PNI Club.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience within drybulk operations minimum of 3 years
- Knowledge of international shipping laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
- Analytical approach to problem solving
